Thanks Zan! Glad you find it helpful 😊 It's kind of like the opposite of strengthening a muscle. Instead of working it out, we have to practice letting things just be, doing nothing. It's not a push or a pull, but merely a lack of either to conserve our strength for tasks that require pushing and pulling.
