Good question! I have improved my diet generally by making all of my own meals and prioritizing ingesting vegetables and more balanced food groups.
Sleep is something that, since I am no longer working, I have tried to implement the same sleep schedule every day based on my natural circadian rhythm. I go to bed around 11, read do half an hour, and then wake up naturally with no alarm.
I’ve been doing that for 3 weeks and I generally feel I have improved my energy levels by keeping sleep consistent yet also allowing myself to recover from the physical burnout though natural awakening Vs a set arbitrary time to wake up.
