I like this format. I just close my eyes, relax and listen. It was a good reminder to be more mindful in my actions and less mindless. Never feels good when I have moved mindlessly through my day. Not much gets done of value to me.

Absolutely, it's so easy to move into survival mode, reacting to life mindlessly instead of stepping with intention.
I also like to think of the pareto principle: 80% of value comes from 20% of effort. By being more mindful of the 20%, we can accomplish a lot of value in a day without a ton of effort, conserving energy for what really matters ✨
